Whitsunday Sailing May 15th 2003 Leaving Airlie beach (the town that has no beach) in the morning on our vessel (the matador) the biggest racing yacht in the world!. We were lead into the Whitsunday islands off the coast of queensland by a pod of Dolphins at the front of the boat, amazed to see them everytime.

I came to the surprisingly easy decision (whilst watching neighbours on TV actually) to trade in my soul destroying job, move out of my house & pack up my things & leave Londons grey skies, rain soaked crowded streets, and the 9-5 repetitious routine of working 'life' for an unspecified number of years of dodging work erm i mean wandering around the world looking for something different/better? a new perspective and to see what living 'life' was like on the other side of the world.
