Salad with mozzarella, avocado, sausage, croutons

The dressing was delicious and this was perfect for Dot. Weird looking greens, but it worked. It looked like they could be growing on the side of the road. The bread was awesome. Dee: the olive oil on the table tasted like the Olive Oil at Pastaria - very green and olive-y.

Carcassonne to Saint Remy in Provence

Geo: 43.7885, 4.83167Today we travelled by car from Carcassonne to Saint Remy in Provence, France. We drove with our 3 GPSs giving us directions.
