There may be pronghorn antelope, prairie dogs and v occasionally bears to see, but we saw this chipmunk which made my day. In an almost totally barren landscape he had found this flower, which he was delicately disassembling.
Call of the Canyons October 15th 2016 Mega relaxed from our few days in Magic Hot Springs we headed off to enjoy the “canyon” part of our journey. Our first stop was Bryce Canyon where we had booked a site in the small town situated just outside the Park, named Ruby’s Inn. Well, we have talked about it for years now at last we have taken the plunge. Call it "adult gap year", career break or mid life crisis, but the house is sold, possessions in store,sold, on loan, given or thrown away, many parties had and our old life on hold. Now we are making final preparations to head to the USA to purchase our new home ( an RV) and travel North, Central and Southern America or where ever the road takes us. Watch this space ..........
