I really want to try this! But that's not cake on the bottom layer is it? Looks more like a custard...? Glad to hear you found the LOVE in Slovenia, and that it's not crawling with tourists :)

Funny enough we did thing of you when we were having this and how much you would enjoy it. The bottom layer looked like custard but didn't taste like it or have the same texture, so unsure what it is, but it tasted fantastic - maybe should have mailed a couple to you.
