The challenge of cooking on two burner stoves

The frying pan fir the meat with a paper plate as a cover. A boiling pot of potatoes doubles up as the veggie warmer. One inverted lid covered by the other.

No more locks!!! We waited at our last lock today which took us down to sea level. We are in tidal waters, our new challenge. A restful night and a short day today because of the lack of anchorage choices on this part of the river. One more short day tomorrow before we reach Mobile Bay on Friday.
