We are south of the Chicago latitude and the weather is nice and hot. Just what the crew of Special Treat ordered. I haven't mentioned our boat name because we don't like it and want to change it to Drifter. We are newly retired and ready to cruise! Our 32 foot Cape Island trawler, North Star, will be our summer cruiser in Canada and our 44 foot Marine Trader, Hemingway, is our warm climate cruiser, presently in Florida. Our land home is a small cottage outside of Lewisporte, Newfoundland, Canada.
