Off to Kaitaia this morning to re fuel and re stock with supplies. The rain is falling so after stopping for coffee we opt to do a bit of tiki touring rather than sit around. Heading north we visited Kaimaumau Recreation reserve. Kaimaumau is a small settlement on the edge of the Rangaunu Harbour. Hi We are a Rotorua kiwi couple heading off on our big motorhome adventure around NZ after a year in the planning. Leaving our jobs (Cheryl - Radiology Manager & Lance -Accountant) is scary but also exciting as we celebrate our midlife with no income and semi independent adult children.
