So our last day in Lake Placid started out with the boys waking up early to look for otters. Matthew woke Alex up and made sure he was out the door by 6:15. We were told by a local shop owner that there are otters everywhere but you have to get up early! The boys were gone for one hour but came back without having spotted an otter.
