Panning for gold....or fossils

Josh bought a big bag of dirt and we went to the sluice outside the cave. In the dirt were gems, fossils and even an arrowhead. Boys had fun looking, though Xander had more fun getting wet.

A visit from our grandsons

YEA!!! Our son was going to drive up from Florida and bring our grandsons Drew (5) and Xander (3) for a week. Biggest draw (bigger than seeing Ji-san (Grandpa) and Ba-san (Grandma)) was fireflies.
