Clearing the net - Rays Rest

Hunters and Gatherer's, that's what we are😊. Cleared the net early this morning and had another huge Kahawai in the net, so made Ika Mata (Raw Fish). For all you food snobs out there its a great fish to use you just need to remove any red flesh. To all my South African mates you would be proud as I make my raw fish using Cape Malay spices....yum. Hi We are a Rotorua kiwi couple heading off on our big motorhome adventure around NZ after a year in the planning. Leaving our jobs (Cheryl - Radiology Manager & Lance -Accountant) is scary but also exciting as we celebrate our midlife with no income and semi independent adult children.
