Origin: Peranakan. Noodles, shrimp, tofu puffs and rice cake served in coconut-chili broth. Served on EVA Air BR226 Business Class from Singapore to Taipei. I was surprised to see this on the menu of a Taiwanese airline. It was authentic and it even came with extra sambal on the side. I am embarrassed to say that it was better than the one I had on Singapore Airlines in 2013, even though I believe both airlines use the same caterer.
