The masses arrive early at Phi Phi Lei

6am - Ray is nice enough to wake us all so we can sneak up on “The Beach” before all the day boats arrive. The only takers are myself, Karl and Jay (yes - I said Jay got up at 6am!!) A few years ago I stepped back, took a look at my life and realized I wanted to broaden my horizons...what better way to do this than through travel?? Along with some very good friends, I've since traveled to Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Mexico.. but this blog will start with our biggest trip yet.. a monthlong jaunt through Southeast Asia. Feel free to tag along as we bumble our way through big cities, small villages, jungles, a plethora of temples and of course..12 days on a luxury catamaran.. I can't wait!!
