Crossfit armoury

There are minimal machines because alot of the workouts use body weight!

I have found a new and exciting activity, crossfit! I love fitness but haven't been able to workout much lately, butbt his fits perfectly into my schedule. Looking for a purpose. I am 18 years old, without a clue on what to do. I am travelling the world for a year, staying with relatives, until I have to go to University next September. The little town of Burford just isn't cutting it, and I am search for some sort of motivation I cannot find in Ontario.
