Our day off cooking, so we went shopping and eating! Pork noodle soup (ok...nothing like the amazing one I had later in a local soup kitchen on Koh Phangan) Papaya Salad(delicious - garlic and chili overload!) Crispy pork and stir fried kale (we loved this so learned to make it later when we did our private cooking class the next day)

Hi everyone! It's only taken me two weeks to start blogging...we've been very busy cooking, eating and relaxing with limited wifi access...
