Coffs Harbour - what to do on rainy days

We arrived in Coffs Harbour last Friday expecting to stop overnight before heading further south to our family in Medowie ready for birthday celebrations on Wed 27th. However, the floods at Kempsey are much worse than expected and the highway is still closed.
