It was time for the hair to get shorter again. A general tip for any European or American traveling SEA, if in need of a haircut, get an Indian hairdresser instead of an Asian. Somehow the Indian understand our hair better then the Asian
Singapore - our first (!) dorm stay, food gallore, being proper tourists and enjoying the high life February 4th 2013 The last leg of our train trip was more reminiscent of travel in the rest of SouthEast Asia. The tracks were out, so we had to take a train until Kluang, then a bus to the border, then a train from Johor Bahru to Singapore. It all went seamlessly, though of course took a little longer. We are Sadie and Øyvind, she is 28 and Spanish-American (raised in Barcelona, American by passport) and he is 35 and Norwegian all the way.
