September 24th 2012 For those of you who are unfamiliar with the diet of Tanzanians, it consists of rice, ugali (a corn meal concoction that resembles mashed potatos), beans, vegetables, fish, and chicken. It is a very basic diet. They eat what they can afford so, unlike at home, there aren't a lot of variations on a theme.
