We arrived in Winton. We spent two nights free camping just outside of town and did the Waltzing Matilda museum, The Age of Dinosaurs tour, The opal mine and the open theatre tour. The watzing matilda museum was great. It talked about the history of the song ofcourse and had a heap of other historical items on display. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it as a place to go. ... read more
