Left Airlie now and took the Greyhound (13 hour drive) down to Hervey Bay so we could go to Fraser Island - the largest sand island in the world. hervey bay is described as a pensioners paradise - it's certainly nothing to look at and the only reason people go there is because it is the gateway for Fraser Island.
