On Friday Greg was up at 5am, leaving for the airport by underground at 6 for his flight to Madrid. The rest of us then got up for a more dignified departure by taxi at 8am for St Pancras International train station. We left London at 1030 on the Eurostar arriving in Paris 2 and a half hours later.
