Killarney's shopping district

Even though this was only Day One of a rather long trip I felt I had to take advantage of our opportunity to shop in Killarney. On our previous Irish visit we found that the other tourist spots we visited were much more expensive than downtown Killarney. In particular, woolen sweaters were extremely good deals in Killarney. We set out to try to find the same store where I bought a blue cardigan 5 years before.

First Day (on the Road to Killarney)

We were traveling with a much smaller group this trip. Gail assembled a group of 18 people for our tour of Ireland, Scotland and England.
