What is this place?

This cemetery has become quite a well know tourist site within the town of Morne-a-l’Eau. You can’t miss it as you head right into it as you drive into town. Before knowing it you may think you are looking at a hill full of black and white homes until you look closer and see it is a cemetery. On All Saints Day in November the whole hill is lit up with candles.
