flooded pier

Go to meet Michelle at 8am and when I get down to the pier to go across the river the walkway is flooded! They have put sandbags down to walk on but I still get wet feet and have to hoist my trousers up. It’s even worse at the other side!!!! The plaza by the shopping centre that I have to walk across is completely flooded, so I have to hold my trousers up and wade through water that’s halfway ... read more

After years of dreaming about it, and months of talking about it, I finally made the decision to travel. In 2006 I gave up my job and set off on an adventure to South East Asia.........and I'm still here!
