Yoga with Rakesh again today, he works me so hard again but I feel brilliant. He really pushes me and I moan and groan. “Ah”, he says “I have lots of music from you today”! After years of dreaming about it, and months of talking about it, I finally made the decision to travel. In 2006 I gave up my job and set off on an adventure to South East Asia.........and I'm still here! Last year I traveled to Sri Lanka, India and Thailand and had an amazing time, completely falling in love with the places, the people and the lifestyle - not to mention the weather.
