Pipes coming up through a tree trunk, a branch serving as the soapdish, and open to the air, this shower was one of the things I truly enjoyed about the experience.

An air of excitement fills the small plane for our 1 hour flight from Nairobi to the Masai Mara airstrip. I am seated beside a Spanish naturalist who specializes in large cats and snakes.
