Day 2 began with an 8:00 breakfast meet up. Embassy Suites offered breakfast buffet everyday. So after everyone's allotted 30 minute morning time was completed, we headed downstairs to begin our day. The breakfast set up was very good. There was scambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, french toast, fresh waffles and made to order omelets.
