For 2 ½ years, I’ve been waiting to return to Roatan. This is my favorite port because it is so blue and not over-commercialized. (Although Carnival is quickly changing that with their Mahogany Bay area and new Disney-feeling port shopping area.) Life is a series of adventures, and here I find myself resting before the next one begins! Having never stepped on an airplane until I was 21, (I'm 31 now), I'm a bit amazed looking back that I've been able to see the places I have (given the limited budget!) in such a short time.
