We slept in today - 7:45a! We decided to have a quiet day of rest instead of booking a tour. We had a late breakfast/brunch of some scrambled eggs, fruit (pineapple, bananas, and dragonfruit - which I had never had before, but it was pink and tasty), and some fry jacks - which are made from a tortilla mixture and fried.
