Honduras's Independence Day is September 15, and Teachers' Day is September 17, so we get to enjoy 3 days off from work for a lovely 5 day weekend! It started with a year teaching in Honduras. Then it was home to the COLD winter of Canada to try and pay off some debts, followed by sailing the seas with Norwegian Cruise Lines, working as a youth counsellor.
