COUNTING THE ROOMS BY THE NUMBER OF CHIMNEYS

All over Scotland I saw old houses, most of the houses are old, with really a lot of chimneys on a row. How they use that? Sometimes up to 10-15 chimneys on a roof. In my previous life I worked for a more or less big company. Since about 8 years travelling is one of the things I try to do as much as possible. Every year I try to make at least one big trip by train. I did already the Orient expres route in normal trains, all the trains in Australia. Around Scandinavia and last year around UK.
