Saint Paul's Hospital, still fully functional, by architect Lluís Domènech i Muntaner - building started in 1901. This is an amazing piece of architecture and a World Heritage Site. It's the only hospital I know of where people actually go to just to sit and enjoy the views and relax!! If only all hospitals were this gorgeous. ... read more
