Bangkok Air hat in Bangkok eine Lounge, wo man kostenlos Kleinigkeiten essen und trinken kann - nicht schlecht für eine „Budget Airline“. Der Flug mit ihnen zur Insel Koh Samui war ruhig und kurz. Am Airport wird man dort mit Tram-ähnlichen Gefährten zum Terminal gebracht. Das besteht aus einer oben offenen Rundhalle - sehr originell.
