Jaisalmer is a beautiful city with a sandstone fort on the edge of the Thar desert. We managed to get ourselves a hotel inside the fort with a great rooftop view across the city, where we managed to catch the sunset on a first night. Welcome to our travelblog site. Over the next 12 months keep up to date with all our adventures as we try to make it around the world. Starting off by flying to Delhi on the 14th September 2006, we are hoping to make it through as many places as our money will take us.
