The road from the coast to Potes passes through an incredible picturesque gorge of twisting bends. We stopped in Potes for a "Menu del Dia" which included a large carafe of delicious red wine. Because Ron still had some driving to do I had the lovely task of trying to drink it all myself. I needed a nap once encamped. The campsite is set beside a massive ridge of mountains.
