St. Augustine old village

The city of St. Augustine has done an extremely good job of integrating the commercial area into the tourist area. Museums and carefully restored old homes are situated between carefully designed and built new structures which maintain the look of the old city but give businesses locations to establish themselves. Throughout the city streets are very narrow and there is little to no traffic allowed on many of the streets. At night we were able to walk throughout the city visiting art galleries and restaurants.
