Dag 1. Vores fly landede kl. 04.45 i JFK lufthavn og turen havde været ret lang. Vi er altid så heldige at få de bedste pladser i flyveren - lige ved siden af skrigende babyer og sparkende teenagere, men vi overlevede da med nød og næppe.
