Peach Mousse with Sangria Cream

This was wonderful! Inside the demi-sphere of mousse was a sangria cream, but not overwhelming in flavor, so as to clash with the peach. The little dark thing in the middle was a lovely long straw of dark chocolate, my personal favorite.
