Another blistering hot day today in NYC! We started early as we wanted to be on the first ferry out to Liberty Island. We arrived at Battery Park at 8am and just got onto the first boat as it was already busy. It's good to be on the first boat across as the island isn't overly crowded and you can take photos without too many people in the way.
