Why can't we get these in the States?

These are Thai Chili flavoured potato chips ("crisps" here). They are really good. These were Buy 1, Get 1 Free, so when I got these, Gretchen got a bag of "Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Thyme" flavoured chips. I'm not making this up--and I have no idea what possessed her to think that those would be appetizing--she hardly eats fresh chicken! Needless to say, her bag has been sitting on our counter for a week, with only about 1 chip missing...
