Since Buddhist do not harm animals, usually Moslems have the job of being the butcher. This one is quite careful to clean the skull, while the eyes of the ram are seemingly focused on him. This was a tough photo to take. :-((

One of the lesser known sights for tourists, and lesser encouraged holy places in Lhasa, Tibet, is the Sera Monastery, located on the outskirts of the city, on the base of steep mountain ridges.
