We got the bus to Khao Lak from the pier, which took us through Khao Sok National Park, which was pretty jawdropping. The view was amazing, although the driver was a bit crazy driving really fast round bends with huge drops over the side. Yet another white knuckle ride! After debating about going travelling for months on end, we have decided to go for it and we're sure we've made the right decision! Quit the 9-5, rented out the house, moved back in with the parents to save, and we hope to be able to afford minimum of 6 months! If our money stretches longer than that...great! But we'll see.
