Tulum.. beaches, ruins and cenotes

14 hour bus journey to Tulum was very comfortable (posh bus!), apart from I woke up in the middle of the night to find that the bus had stopped at a military check point (lots of armed men), and a man was standing in the aisle, saying to me "don't be alarmed, we're just making routine checks.. where are you from?".. so I told him.. and he seemed OK with that hmmm! .. oh yes and a slight problem ... read more
