So I arrived in Rome hot and sweaty, had a quick shower and headed into town to meet up with Glen and Janee (his friend from Portugal). We headed down to the Circo Massimo which in ancient Roman times was used as a chariot racing track. Nowadays its just a green park type area where outdoors events are usually held.
