Arrived in Bangkok from Vientiane at about 8 at Hualomphong railway station. Got a taxi to Koh San Road, with the meter it was only 75 baht. Once at the Koh San road area, I'd been told to look for Rambutiri road, because there was supposed to be good and cheap guesthouses there, and the street is close to Koh San without being as busy.
