After arriving in Albuquerque for the 2006 APS conference, I joined a campanion tour to Santa Fe. The trip couldn't have been better. In one day, I visited the St. Miguel mission, the Loretto Chapel (with the mysterious stairway), the St. Francis cathedral, and tasted the world famous Frieto Pie (made of Frieto chips, bean, beef, and cheese).
