So far we haven't got up to too much in Laos. Yesterday we went and saw one of Vientianes famous monuments. Patuxai. Which translates to Gateway or Door of Victory. Which is a blatant rip off of Arch of Triumph. And the whole monument is just a cheap knock off of Paris' Arc de Triomphe.
