It is said to be filled with many healthy vitamins and minerals - Nobu's grandmother is in her 90's and Nobu's mom who looks like she is 40 is 56!! They love this stuff. Dad was brave....

We were up early today and took the train to Umeda trying to find Sunday mass - the church it turns out was torn down a few years ago- so, back to Daikokucho for breakfast with Ted and Nobu.
