Sue and Bee prepare a feast for us!

Wow, the food at our home stay was outstanding. As an appetizer, Bee brought us a plate of steaming hot french fries that were prepared with garlic and ginger. Best fries we have ever had! Another plate was brought out after dessert. Dinner consisted of a tofu dish, chicken dish, pork dish. vegetables and (of course!) rice. Sue's husband poured us shots of rice wine all night until the bottle was empty. It was great fun!

We thought it was about time to catch you up on a few side trips we took when we first hit Hanoi way back in July. Wow- that seems like a life-time ago!
