in old part of Georgetown

Have been walking around Georgetown today. Had just a tour and explanation around the biggest local mosque. One of the muslims saw me wondering if I could take pictures or not and he invited me on a tour. His father just had died , 40 days ago, and he had cooked all afternoon for a meal for several hundred of people who came to the mosque later. Its great how good the Malaysian speak english. In my previous life I worked for a more or less big company. Since about 8 years travelling is one of the things I try to do as much as possible. Every year I try to make at least one big trip by train. I did already the Orient expres route in normal trains, all the trains in Australia. Around Scandinavia and last year around UK.
