June 4th 2009 After a 8536km plane ride overseas to Beijing, 1058km plane ride north to Harbin, and an hour and a half train (couldn't find the distance on Google) up to Daqing, I'm finally here! With the help of a couple movies, 3 meals, and a few hours of snoozing, the first 10.5 hour flight went by quite quickly.
